Summary
The objective of the Action is to address corruption in the healthcare sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina through civil society engagement in policy formulation as well as in decision making and by supporting healthcare institutions in providing services to citizens in a equal and efficient manner.
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - Improved policies and practices in key corruption risk areas in health sector in BiH and strengthening capacities and efficiency of tImplementation of this project resulted in: a) Target healthcare institutions to prevent and reduce key corruption risks b) Creating basis and initiating legal initiatives for establishment of transparent waiting lists system, and development and establishment of the transparent model of waiting lists in at least 1 healthcare institution c) Strengthening involvement of CSOs and media in policy issues and combating corruption in health sector.
