This project is part of a wider initiative to increase the efficiency, professionalism and independence of the justice sector, to secure the rule of law and thereby prepare the BiH for access to the EU. The ultimate objective is to help improve BiH capacity for execution of criminal sanction by improving and harmonizing prison conditions throughout the country.
