Summary
The aim of the project is to provide technical support to the Public Procurement Agency appointed Working group on the development of the Public Procurement Strategy 2023-2027, in the team for which UNDP has recruited two experts and EU one. Strategy must be fully harmonized with the strategic planning cycle and methodology prescribed by the relevant regulatory framework, as well in line with the relevant SIGMA "Toolkit for the preparation, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of public administration reform and sector strategies".
Results
(1) Development of the situation analysis of the public procurement system in BiH, which will serve as a starting platform for the Strategy development process (2) Development of the key strategic objectives and strategic programmes (3) Development of the Action plan
