Summary
The overall objective is to contribute to the increase the efficiency, professionalism and independence of the justice sector, to secure the rule of law and thereby prepare the BiH for access to the European Union. The ultimate objective is to help increase judicial efficiency through the reconstruction and improvement of physical state of the courts and prosecutor's offices.
Results
Implementation of this project will result in:
- The Contractor provided supervisory services, to ensure execution and comple tion of works under the particular contract in accordance with EU procedures, on time, within the budget available and in accordance with the provisions of the contract, design and technical specifications for execution of the respective works.
