Summary
The project is expected to improve the capacity of the public administration to deliver EU Support for the introduction of electronic signature and issuance of qualified digital certificate services. In addition, the project supports BiH to fulfil its requirements in the EU integration process related to the Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - Public administration reform is one of the key elements of BiH EU integration process and represents a clear point of interaction between citizens and government. All services can be digitalized and electronic signatures can provide easier access to the services in BiH and EU. - Implementation of electronic signature and issuance of qualified digital certificate will lead to automated and fast providing services oriented towards the citizens and economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina. - They directly contribute to better and more efficient service delivery (from policy level to service delivery - at the desk). Electronic signatures and qualified digital certificate will provide easy, fast and everywhere available services to citizens in accordance with standards and good European practice. - Processes and documentation of ITA are prepared for certification of EIDAS services; - Processes and documentation of IDEEAA are prepared for certification of EIDAS services; - Processes and documentation of ITA are prepared for ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 certification and certification process is finished;
