• As assessing corruption can be challenging, this tool is an invaluable asset in the fight against corruption. This methodology measures not only attitudes and perceptions of corruption, but also actual experiences of citizens.
• 18 in-depth investigative stories on corruption based on initial findings of the public polling were produced and published in the media. Those stories helped raise awareness, which was a crucial component of this Project, as public opinion and civil society play an essential part in the fight against corruption.
• A National Anti-corruption Policy Forum has held on June 12, 2012, during which the Policy Report "Countering corruption in Bosnia and Herzegovina: a 2001-2011 comparison" was presented. It is a comprehensive overview of the state and dynamics of corruption and anti-corruption in BiH for the period 2001-2011. It also lays out policy recommendations directed at CSOs, Bosnian authorities at all levels, and the European Commission.
This Policy forum resulted in exchanging experiences and mutual learning among experts on corruption, law-enforcement authorities and representatives of the civil society.
