Summary
Project aims to identify key lessons and to produce recommendations to improve the future IPA II programming.
Results
Implementation of this project resulted in:
- Assessed the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of project implementation, indicating clearly to what extent the results, purposes and overall objectives of the selected projects were achieved;
- Provided comparative assessment of efficiency, effectiveness and impact of EUD local economic development intervention based on selected projects, including strengthens and weaknesses of the different implementation methods for SME grants schemes;
- Identified and documented lessons learned, focusing on the design, implementation and management of the selected projects for improving of programming and identification of future actions in the field of competitiveness and innovation
- Provided recommendations for practical follow-up action, with the emphasis on actions related to sustainability of project benefits.
