Summary
The project will assist Bosnia and Herzegovina in developing a professional, de-politicised and merit-based service system by providing professional development and mobility to the next generation of civil servants who will be in charge of the EU accession process and lead change during the enlargement process.
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - Number of selected public employees trained and better informed on EU accession processes (they are going to engance general service to the citizens). - Precisely, 50 young civil cervants will complete Master studies and consider a specific improvements in their institutions. - Strentghtenen country-wide network among public institutions.
