Summary
This project is related to the provision of expert opinion on the complaints received on supply tender: “Upgrade of the existing Migration Information System-supply” BiH, NEAR/SJJ/2021/EA-OP/0060; EC/BiH/TEN/21/004
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - The External expert reviewed published technical specification, all requests for clarifications, answers to clarifications, and two published corrigenda. - The Expert reviewed received complaints, as well as the answers to the complaints, as formulated by the final beneficiary. - After the review, Expert provided his opinion on the validity of the complaints and, in particular, if the technical specifications, clarifications, and corrigenda published were drafted in the open and transparent manner without unduly limiting the competition.
