Summary
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the increased the efficiency, professionalism and independence of the justice sector and to secure the rule of law and thereby prepare the BiH for access to the EU.
The ultimate objective is to help increase judicial efficiency through the reconstruction and improvement of physical state of the courts and prosecutor's offices.
The purpose of this contract is to provide supervisory services over construction/reconstruction under of the following works contract(s):
- Construction of District Prosecutors Office in Bijeljina,
- Reconstruction of Basic Court in Mrkonjic Grad,
- Reconstruction of Basic Court in Prnjavor
- Construction of Municipal Court in Zepce
Results
Implementation of this project will result in:
- Provided supervisory services, to ensure execution and completion of works on time, within the budget available and in accordance with the EU procedures and provisions of the contract(s) for execution of the respective works.
