Summary
The objective of this contract is to provide the Delegation of the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a Preliminary Urban Design Project of Ferhadija street that will work as a proposal of a programme-oriented extension of the Europe House into the open public space through a specific urban design intervention that aims to benefit primarily the local community but also improve the overall experience and functionality of one of the most frequent pedestrian streets in Sarajevo.
Results
Producing a Preliminary Urban Design Project of Ferhadija street which means: - Producing appropriate multiple level of scope maps (dwg) which will be used to represent the current state as well as the proposed interventions - Producing drawings of all existing facades (dwg) as section and elevation view is important for project representation - Analysing wider urban area (different types of urban analysis: content, illumination, traffic analysis, pedestrians, different actors, etc) - Analysing the project scope area (different types of urban analysis: content, illumination, traffic analysis, pedestrians, different actors, etc) - Photographing the existing state of the project scope - Multiple site visits - Brainstorming with representatives of municipality Centar as they are one of the most important actors for the implementation of the project in the future, - Producing preliminary 2D drawings: floor plans, sections, elevations, details, etc. - Producing preliminary 3D drawings: axonometries, spatial representations, renderings, etc. - Producing a set of guidelines and a toolbox - Producing all other necessary visuals that will in the best way possible represent the project.
